Exterior cleaning in Middlebury
Student rentals turn over every year, and bins left full over summer break can be in rough shape by move-in. A one-time deep clean at turnover, followed by a monthly or quarterly plan, keeps them usable.
Middlebury has its own mix of old brick, clapboard and newer vinyl. We match the method to the surface: low-pressure soft washing for siding and painted wood, higher pressure for concrete and brick walkways.
