Exterior cleaning in Killington
Rental bins fill fast with mixed food waste from changing guests, and they often sit for days between pickups. A regular cleaning schedule keeps the smell down at the door guests walk past first, and it makes bins less interesting to bears and other wildlife that are active in the mountain towns.
Mountain properties take a beating from snowmelt, sand and shade. North-facing siding and shaded decks grow mildew and algae; we treat those with a low-pressure soft wash. Entry walkways, stone steps and parking pads get power washed so they look cared for in listing photos.
Owners who don’t live on site can book online, and nobody needs to be home while we work outside.
